Help us ensure your Lirecentos get to you as quickly as possible!


Shipping is free in Italy and in Europe and delivery time is 3 working days. When making an online purchase, please remember to always provide a valid telephone number to be used by the delivery service for any communications about your shipment.

We also recommend providing any specific delivery instructions: the name on the intercom; company name or presence of a porter/concierge/front desk.


Exchanges are at our expense.


Our exchange policy calls for delivery of the new pair of pants and, at the same time, pickup of the ones being returned.
All free of charge in Italy. There is a 10€ charge for international returns.

1.
Place the pants to be exchanged in the box in which they were received, in the same condition in which they were received: undamaged and resalable.

2. Send an email to shop@lirecento.it indicating:
• the order number and type of pants purchased that you would like to return;
• the style, color, size and length of those you would like to receive in exchange;
• The address where the return package is being held and where it is always available (a reception desk/concierge, front desk at an office…)

3. After receiving our confirmation email, the delivery service will pick up the package within three working days.You do not need to provide the sender’s or recipient’s address on the package. If you are unhappy with your Lirecentos, if you want a different color or size, just let us know. Save the box they were sent in and email us at shop@lirecento.it.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer promise to exchange them.


Returns and Refunds


You can return your pants within 30 days of purchase. Returns in Italy are entirely at our expense. There is a 10€ charge for international returns. Here’s how to do it.

1. Place the pants
to be returned in the box in which they were received, in the same condition in which they were received: undamaged, unused and resalable.

2. Send an email to shop@lirecento.it
indicating:
• the order number and type of pants purchased that you would like to return;
• the address where the return package is being held and where it is always available (a reception desk/concierge, front desk at an office…);
• the reasons for the return – essential for us to know in order to improve the quality of our products and services.

3. After you receive our confirmation email, the delivery service will pick up the package within three working days. Once the merchandise has been returned, we will make a routine quality control check. Once they have passed the quality control, we will refund the amount due using the same method with which the item was purchased (credit card or PayPal).

If payment was made COD, please include bank data to allow us to provide a refund by bank transfer. You do not need to provide the sender’s or recipient’s address on the package. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer promise a refund.

You can make changes to your personal and account information whenever you like. Simply access your account by clicking on the dedicated logo in the upper right; enter your email address and password in the dialog box that opens. Then you can make changes to your personal profile.

Methods of payment

Accepted methods of payment are: credit card, PayPal and COD, with payment upon delivery.

Where can I buy my Lirecentos?

You can buy them online and in our stores. We are located in Milan, at Via Agostino Bertani 14; and in Rome, at Via Fabio Massimo 95/A.

How can I find my size?

To find your perfect size, check our Guide or try our Fit Finder. You will find all the dimensions in cm to help you make your choice. If you would like help finding the right size, write to us at shop@lirecento.it.
